Design While it doesn’t have the most exciting or original design language around, the Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1 has a premium look and feel that’s all about the metal. At a price where many competitors have plastic bodies, the Inspiron has an aluminum chassis with a gunmetal-gray color scheme on its lid, deck, sides and hinges. At 4.51 pounds and 14.2 x 9.6 x 0.74 inches thick, the Inspiron 15 7000 2-in-1 feels a bit hefty, but is about the same size as other 15-inch convertibles....
Now I don’t know about you, but I’m a huge fan of the Inspiron 15’s flair for the dramatic with its show-stopping red chassis. Dell wisely kept the hue, making the notebook available in Matte Black or Beijing Red.
